i mean if you watched the show its stated like 3 or 4 times in other episodes before this scene. In fact theres a big comedy skit about it.
このシーンの前にコメディ的な寸劇があるんだけど、そこで3～4回ほどそのことについて言及されてるよ。
You'll notice when she says "I think you're too young for this," that she calls herself "oneechan," which means big sister.
「こういうのって、お姉ちゃん、まだ早いと思うんだけど」って台詞からわかるでしょ。"oneechan"って言うのは「お姉ちゃん」って意味だよ。
