I don't think Hakase is speaking Korean, sounds like she's saying "Ai rabu you" as engrish for "I love you"

Obviously? As someone with no exposure to the Korean language, I thought she was speaking English and saying "I love you."

Well... "I love you." pronounced with a strong Japanese accent. But if it's Korean, then it's Korean.
まぁ・・・日本人が発音する感じの「アイ ラブ ユー」だったけど、韓国語って言うなら韓国語なんだろうな。
