I feel like that's the first time I've seen her express emotion (although I've only watched random YouTube clips and not full episodes). 0_0

I accidentally ate a bubble when I was younger. Same reaction.(If it confuses you how I've eaten a bubble, it basically popped in my face while my mouth was open.)
私も子供の頃にシャボン玉を食べて同じリアクションしたよ。（どうやって食べたのか不思議に思ってる人のために言うと、実際は口に入れる前に目の前で弾けちゃったんだ。）

When I saw this episode with my brother for the first time, he said "wouldn't it be funny if she ate it?", and I responded "No way she'd ever do that", and then she promptly ate it. True story.
初めて弟と一緒にこのエピソードを観た時を思い出すよ。弟が「マイがこれ食べたら面白くない？」って言って、私が「ありえないでしょ」って答えたんだ。その後すぐにマイがシャボン玉を食べたんだ。これ実話ね。

since seeing this, whenever I blow bubbles I try to eat them XD not like she did though... yeah that's impossible XD

What shocked me the most is not when she ate the bubble, is how she manage to catch one without bursting the bubble.
何が驚いたって、マイがシャボン玉を食べたことじゃなくて、シャボン玉を割らずに掴んだことだよ。
I remember when I accidentally drank soap, I was throwing up bubbles after a few minutes.
間違えて石鹸を飲んじゃった時のことを思い出した。数分後にシャボン玉が口からリバースしてきたんだ。
